50g sugar, 1g mineral water, baking soda, or you can add your own ingredients, such as chocolate and milk powder.
Step 1: Add 50g white granulated sugar and a little mineral water in a pot with the ratio of 1: 1, and then cook the sugar until it melts. It must be a small fire, otherwise it will be easy to paste, and it will be constantly stirred during the process.
Step 2: Turn off the heat when the sugar in the pot turns Huang Shi, then add 1g Xiao Su and continue stirring until big bubbles appear and the color turns yellow.
Step 3, pour the cooked syrup into the tray for setting, or you can use a mold (available online) to get your own unique lollipop. I made it simple, without using a mold, and the lollipop was made after it was naturally dried.
