Matters needing attention in Vogan preservation

1, Vogan is a storable variety, and the storage time can reach five months, during which the Vogan on the tree does not need chemical preservation. In fact, from tree picking to cleaning, sorting and sales, it does not need preservation treatment, and it can be preserved for more than 30 days at room temperature below 20℃ in winter.

2. After chemical preservation, fresh fruits need to be preserved in cold storage before they can be put into the market at the temperature of 18-23℃ and humidity of 3. Preservatives and fungicides such as 2.4-D sodium salt powder, biguanide trioctyl alkylbenzene sulfonate wettable powder and prochloraz emulsion in water allowed by the state should be selected. Fruits should be chemically preserved within 8 hours after harvest, and the preservation time should be controlled within 30 seconds. Cold storage time shall not exceed 90 days.

4. The currently harvested Vogan is directly sent to the market for sale without preservation, and e-commerce sales do not need preservation because of the fast logistics speed.

5. Because of the long growth period, there is little pesticide residue after 1 1 month every year. However, all kinds of germs and dust will remain on the surface of the peel, so it is recommended to clean it with water before picking and eating.

Recently, Guangxi Market Supervision Bureau issued and implemented Guangxi local standard "Technical Specification for Harvest, Preservation, Storage and Transportation of Wogan", which clearly stipulated the preservation, freezing and storage of Wogan, ensuring the quality and safety of citrus production and sales and ensuring the safety on the tip of the tongue.
