Prepare half a green pepper, cut it into triangular pieces, put it in the pot, and half a carrot, cut it into sections first, then cut it into diamond pieces, mix it with the green pepper, and put a small handful of soaked black fungus for later use.
Cut a section of green onion into horseshoe slices, put them in a pot, cut a few pieces of garlic into garlic slices, put them together with green onion, and grab a few dried red peppers for later use.

Pour cooking oil into the pot, and when the oil temperature reaches 50%, add tofu slices. Tofu had better be put into the pot one by one to avoid sticking.
Then use a spoon to push around the pot a few times to make the tofu evenly heated. The surface of tofu is slightly Huang Shi, so it can be poured out to control oil. This process takes about three minutes.
Add a little base oil to the pot, stir-fry the ingredients, add 5g tomato sauce, stir and melt, add green pepper, fungus and carrot, stir a few times quickly, and add 3g oyster sauce to stir and melt.
Pour a spoonful of clear water, add 1g salt, 1g chicken powder, 0.5g pepper and 0.5g sugar for fresh pressing. After boiling, add a few drops of soy sauce to color, stir and melt, and pour in the fried tofu.
Turn off the heat, stir fry twice, and add a little starch to make the soup thicker and more sticky. Stir-fry and pour in a little bright oil. Add bright oil to make the dishes brighter.
After simply turning over, you can turn off the fire and put it in the plate.
