In 20 18, our bureau issued "Guiding Opinions on Deepening the Apprenticeship Education of Chinese Medicine" (No.5 of People's Education Development [2018]), which divided the apprenticeship education into four categories: the apprenticeship education combining junior college education, post-graduation education and continuing education, and the apprenticeship education of learning Chinese medicine by apprenticeship. Among them, the apprenticeship education combined with junior college education was introduced by our bureau in conjunction with the Ministry of Education and other relevant departments.
The Implementation Measures for Standardized Training of Chinese Medicine Doctors stipulates apprenticeship education combined with post-graduation education, while the Examination Measures for the Qualification of Traditional Medicine Apprentices and Doctors with Expertise and the Interim Measures for the Administration of Examination and Registration of Doctors with Expertise in Chinese Medicine make more specific provisions on apprenticeship education for learning Chinese medicine by apprenticeship. Simple knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine
Traditional Chinese medicine refers to an academic system and medical practice method of traditional medicine in China. It has a long history of thousands of years and is widely used in China and other East Asian countries.
The theoretical basis of traditional Chinese medicine mainly includes yin-yang theory, five elements theory and qi-blood theory. Traditional Chinese medicine emphasizes the relationship between man and the natural environment, and holds that the human body is a complex whole, interacting with the external environment, its own psychology and emotions. According to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, the health and balance of the body depend on the coordination of yin and yang and the smooth operation of qi and blood.
The diagnostic methods of traditional Chinese medicine usually include four diagnostic methods: looking, smelling, asking and cutting. Doctors can understand the symptoms and physical characteristics of patients by observing their complexion, tongue coating and pulse condition. Then, the doctor will communicate with the patient's medical history and illness, and further ask for more information. Finally, Chinese medicine may feel the pulse and other parts for pulse diagnosis, so as to further understand the patient's condition.
Traditional Chinese medicine uses a variety of treatment methods, including herbal therapy, acupuncture, massage, Chinese medicine fumigation, qigong conditioning and so on. Chinese medicine is an important part of Chinese medicine. It is a medicine made of plants, animals and minerals through processing or treatment. Acupuncture is to regulate qi and blood circulation by inserting fine needles into specific acupoints, thus treating diseases. Massage physiotherapy stimulates the body's acupoints and meridians by manipulation, and regulates the balance of the body.
Although Chinese medicine is widely used and recognized in East Asian countries, its efficacy and treatment methods are still controversial in the field of modern medicine. Therefore, it is suggested that patients should comprehensively consider the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine according to specific conditions when choosing medical methods, and consult professional doctors. At the same time, only doctors who have obtained the qualification of practicing Chinese medicine through systematic medical education and practice examination can make diagnosis and treatment of Chinese medicine.
