White tea belongs to micro-fermented tea.

White tea is one of the six traditional teas. Because of the unique production method, the finished tea is white in appearance, so it is called "white tea". It has the quality characteristics of complete appearance buds, full hair, fresh and tender Qing Xiang, clear yellow-green soup color and light sweet taste. White tea is produced in Fuding, Zhenghe, Jianyang, Songxi and other places in Fujian, and it is one of the unique teas in Fujian.

Storage mode

The first kind: white tea is stored in a jar.

Tea leaves are stored in tea cans to prevent crushing. It is best to choose tin cans for tea cans, followed by tin cans and paper cans, which require good sealing.

The second type: charcoal storage method.

Put a proper amount of charcoal in a small cloth bag and put it at the bottom of the teapot, and then arrange the packaged tea leaves in the teapot in layers. On the sealed jar mouth, charcoal should be replaced once a month.

The third type: cold storage method.

The tea leaves are sealed in bags or tea cans and stored in a refrigerator at 5℃.
