The sixth grade composition walked into the moon cake factory.

A few days ago, I went to Ningbo Quansheng Food Co., Ltd. with the small reporter group of Evening News to make moon cakes myself.

Walking into the company, I saw several assembly lines in a big transparent purification workshop. There is a machine in front of each assembly line, from which a moon cake has been formed. Workers stood by the assembly line. They skillfully helped some naughty moon cakes to return to the team. Mooncakes must be sprayed with water by workers and coated with a layer of egg yolk liquid with a brush before entering the baking box.

We make handmade moon cakes. Unexpectedly, it seems easier to do than to do. I mixed the stuffing with the skin, and the first moon cake failed. The second time, I put the stuffing on the skin, slowly turned the skin with one hand, and gently stuffed the stuffing into the skin with the other. Finally, I stuffed all the stuffing into the leather, kneaded it into a ball, and put the ball into my favorite one. I knocked up and down a few times in the mold, and with a plop, the moon cake printed with the words "Mid-Autumn Moon Cake" jumped out lightly. Ah, it worked! With the joy of success, I made ten moon cakes at once, including lotus paste stuffing, egg yolk stuffing and seaweed stuffing ... one by one, moon cakes with chrysanthemums and "Happy Mid-Autumn Festival" were born from my hands.

After about 1 hour baking, our handmade moon cakes are finally out!
