Theoretical system of diagnosis and treatment of thyroid diseases by Mongolian medicine
Mongolian medicine is a traditional Mongolian medicine developed on the basis of Mongolian medical care experience. It is the crystallization of Mongolian medical theory and treatment experience and the treasure of Mongolian culture. Mongolian medicine is an independent subject in the treasure house of traditional medicine in China. It is also an important part of traditional medicine in the world. Mongolian medicine is generally called Mongolian medicine in China. It has experienced thousands of years of development in Cang Sang and made great contributions to the rejuvenation of China.
It is found that Mongolian medicine knows and treats thyroid diseases earlier than western medicine. In western medicine, Parry first reported hyperthyroidism in 1825, with a history of 183. However, Dr Alatai (1554-? ) There is a record of hyperthyroidism in the magnum opus Eight Secret Notes of Manna, which is 2 13 years earlier than that reported by Parry. In western medicine, Astwood used thiouracil to treat hyperthyroidism for the first time in 1943, and it is only 65 years now. But 1752 Mongolian medicine has a prescription for hyperthyroidism. Since 1837, the prescriptions of Mongolian medicine for treating thyroid diseases have developed in the direction of compounding and serialization. Regrettably, these achievements of Mongolian medicine have never been recognized and applied by the world.
Although Mongolian medicine knew and treated thyroid diseases earlier than western medicine, under the detection of RIA and automatic electrochemiluminescence immunoassay (EIECSYS20 10), it took 30 years to systematically observe and treat all kinds of thyroid diseases for the purpose of etiological diagnosis, Mongolian medicine treatment, organ preservation and functional recovery, and systematically study the etiology, pathogenesis, pathology, clinical manifestations and laboratory examination of thyroid diseases. In recent 30 years, I have systematically studied the diagnosis and treatment theory and prescription of thyroid diseases recorded in Mongolian medical literature. First, I observed the curative effect of traditional prescriptions of Mongolian medicine in clinic, and then creatively screened, repeatedly innovated, re-formulated, and repeatedly clinically verified, and developed a series of new preparations of Mongolian medicine for treating thyroid diseases. A series of new Mongolian medicine preparations for treating thyroid diseases were used to treat hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, thyroiditis, goiter and thyroma, and breakthrough results were achieved. A series of new Mongolian medicine preparations specially used for treating thyroid diseases make up for the deficiency of western medicine in clinical treatment, overcome the three major difficulties of hyperthyroidism exophthalmos and goiter which cannot be solved by traditional Chinese and western medicine, and fill the blank of treating hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, acute and chronic thyroiditis, goiter and thyroid tumor with Mongolian medicine in the history of treating thyroid diseases at home and abroad, with no damage to organs such as liver and kidney, no toxic and side effects, short course of treatment, high curative effect and convenient administration.
In order to adapt to the rapid development of the diagnosis and treatment technology of thyroid diseases in Mongolian medicine, I use the unique syndrome differentiation and treatment of Mongolian medicine to guide the diagnosis and treatment practice, continuously improve the clinical efficacy, accelerate the integration of tradition and modernity, introduce, absorb and digest modern medical diagnosis and treatment technology, and keep a balance according to the physiological functions of Mongolian medicine, which is conducive to maintaining health. Based on the ternary balance theory, I combined the ancient philosophy of Mongolian medicine with the running rhythm of human biological clock, holographic biology and elemental medicine to establish Mongolian medicine. The theoretical system starts from the etiology, improves the immunity and resistance of the body, tries to adjust the physiological function of the human body, preserves the organs and makes the human body recover.
First, the composition of the theoretical system of diagnosis and treatment of thyroid diseases in Mongolian medicine
(1). Etiology of thyroid diseases
According to the theory of Mongolian medicine that the balance of cold and heat (yin) leads to the balance of human physiological functions and the imbalance leads to diseases, for thyroid diseases, the balance of secretion and synthesis of thyroid hormones leads to the normal physiological functions of thyroid, and the imbalance leads to thyroid diseases, so it plays a decisive role in the occurrence and development of thyroid diseases and is the internal cause of thyroid diseases. The imbalance caused by internal and external factors leads to thyroid diseases such as hyperthyroidism (caused by excessive secretion of thyroid hormone) and hypothyroidism (caused by decreased secretion of thyroid hormone). Blood-heat and bacteria can rust thyroid inflammatory diseases.
(2). Pathogenesis of thyroid diseases
There are two pathogenesis of thyroid diseases. First, the imbalance between the synthesis and secretion of thyroxine caused by external factors increases or decreases, which leads to the increase or decrease of thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) secreted by pituitary gland, thus causing compensatory hyperplasia and hypertrophy of thyroid gland, which makes the thyroid hormone secreted by TSH unable to meet the needs of the body and causes thyroid diseases. Secondly, the defense ability of human body is out of balance with the defense ability of autoimmune antibody, which leads to thyroid inflammatory disease.
(3) Classification of thyroid diseases
Hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism and thyroiditis are not independent diseases, but the outstanding manifestations of a comprehensive syndrome group in the evolution of thyroid diseases. Hyperthyroidism in western medicine belongs to heat syndrome, hypothyroidism belongs to cold syndrome, and thyroiditis belongs to a manifestation of exterior-interior cold and heat.
(4). Evolution of thyroid diseases
Thyroid diseases have a special evolution. This special evolution of thyroid diseases is manifested in a certain stage or the whole course of hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, thyroiditis and goiter, especially in the whole course of hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism and thyroiditis. As we all know, hyperthyroidism can be converted into drug hypothyroidism when treated with antithyroid western medicine, and then it can be converted into hyperthyroidism when treated with thyroxine tablets or Youjialuo. This is a special evolution of thyroid diseases. Thyroiditis and Hashimoto's thyroiditis also have special evolution, and their evolution is more prominent and obvious. During the whole course of the disease, methionine and Hashimoto's thyroiditis are not properly treated, and they can change from hyperthyroidism to hypothyroidism (stage) or from hypothyroidism (stage) to hyperthyroidism (stage) at any time. This special evolution of thyroid diseases belongs to "the evolution of diseases" in Mongolian medicine. Therefore, hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism and thyroiditis mentioned by western medicine are not independent diseases, but the outstanding manifestations of a comprehensive syndrome group in the evolution of thyroid diseases.
(5) Special clinical manifestations of thyroid diseases
When the thyroid gland has fever, it is afraid of heat, sweating, overeating, hunger, emaciation, increased stool frequency and irregular stool; When the thyroid gland suffers from cold syndrome, it suffers from chills, less sweating, loss of appetite, weight gain, reduced stool frequency and dry stool. When the autoimmune antibody rises, it is afraid of cold and heat, and it is easy to have enough to eat, but it is easy to starve to death, with symptoms of cold and heat miscellaneous diseases.
(6). Laboratory examination of thyroid diseases
When thyroid diseases belong to heat syndrome, TSH decreases and FT3 and FT4 increase. When thyroid diseases belong to cold syndrome, TSH increases and FT3 and FT4 decrease. Thyroid diseases also have mixed manifestations of exterior-interior cold and heat, such as exterior-interior heat and exterior-interior heat. When internal cold and heat are mixed, TG and TPO, two autoimmune antibodies, increase. When the outside is cold and the inside is hot, TSH decreases and FT3, FT4, TG and TPO increase. When the external heat is cold, TSH increases, FT3 and FT4 decrease, and TG and TPO increase.
(7) Differential diagnosis of thyroid diseases
The diagnosis of thyroid diseases can be differentiated according to the special clinical manifestations and laboratory examination results of thyroid diseases.
(8). Treatment of thyroid diseases
Distinguishing between cold and heat in thyroid diseases is of great significance to the determination of treatment plan and is an important basis for legislative prescription and medication. The treatment of thyroid diseases should be based on the combination of prescription and syndrome, and the combination of syndrome and treatment can achieve the purpose of controlling the recurrence and radical cure of thyroid diseases. In particular, the treatment of heat syndrome (hyperthyroidism) and cold syndrome (hypothyroidism) should follow the principles of "treating heat with cold" and "treating cold with heat" in order to achieve curative effect. For thyroiditis with mixed exterior-interior cold and heat, according to other different manifestations such as exterior cold and interior heat, exterior heat and interior cold, we can not only cure this stubborn group with the methods of "treating heat with cold" and "treating cold with heat", but also strengthen the body resistance, eliminate pathogenic factors and regulate the body.
The medication time of thyroid diseases is necessary, and it should be arranged according to the law of biological clock in order to exert the greatest curative effect.
(9) Taboo
Thyroid disease with cold syndrome, heat syndrome and both cold and heat syndrome, autoimmune antibody TG and TPO increased; (1), iodine-containing foods and drugs such as kelp, laver, spinach, hairtail, wine and cabbage should be avoided, and iodized salt is strictly prohibited. And avoid iodine contrast. (2) Maintain an optimistic and happy mental state and avoid mental trauma. (3) Control all kinds of infections, especially acute infections. (4) It is not suitable for pregnancy and breastfeeding during treatment, so as not to affect the brain development of fetus and baby. (5) During pregnancy or lactation, patients under 20 years old should not be examined or treated with isotope iodine 13 1. (6) For those who are suitable for surgical treatment, thyroid surgery should not be performed in uncontrolled or in the first three months of pregnancy and the third month after pregnancy.
Second, the innovation and characteristics of the theoretical system of diagnosis and treatment of thyroid diseases in Mongolian medicine.
(1) The era of traditional medicine relying on "three fingers and one pillow" is over. The integration of traditional medicine and happy technology is the only way to promote the rapid development of traditional medicine.
Mongolian medicine developed on the basis of experience and western medicine developed on the basis of experiments are integrated. It is a revolution in the history of medical development to rely on modern happy scientific and technological detection means, make full use of the interaction of trace elements in plant medicines, balance the synthesis and secretion of thyroxine, and mediate the release rate of thyrotropin secreted by pituitary gland to treat thyroid diseases. It marks a new generation of modern traditional medicine.
(2) The drugs used in the system should be used at the target of human physiological dysfunction, and the treatment should be cured. According to the physical symptoms and laboratory results, the same disease is classified in detail and treated separately.
(3) The system has outstanding features such as short-term cure and prevention of recurrence, and it is really a great innovation of thyroid diseases.
(4) The new series of Mongolian medicine preparations for the treatment of thyroid diseases (hereinafter referred to as series of Mongolian medicine) have the characteristics of rigorous and precise prescription, flexible syndrome differentiation, integration of prescription and syndrome, and echo of syndrome and treatment.
(5) Based on the basic theory of holistic treatment of Mongolian medicine, Mongolian medicine series has the functions of bidirectional regulating human TH synthesis, balancing human TH release rate, improving blood microcirculation and promoting blood circulation factors, inducing immune induction of TS cells and macrophages, expelling toxin and diminishing inflammation, softening and resolving hard mass.
(6) Mongolian medicine series highlights the traditional conditioning function of Mongolian medicine, fully absorbs the targeted treatment characteristics of modern medicine, and quickly treats diseases and eliminates symptoms.
(VII) Mongolian medicine series It can improve human immunity, regulate the synthesis and secretion of human thyroid hormone, balance the release speed of human thyroid hormone, fundamentally treat diseases and eradicate the root causes, and achieve the three principles advocated by the world medical community, namely, preserving organs, restoring physiological functions and curing the cause.
(8) The key is to radically cure hyperthyroidism, repair immune deficiency, activate TS cells, regulate the synthesis of human thyroid hormone, and balance the release rate of human thyroid hormone.
Clinical observation shows that the series of Mongolian medicine can promote the synthesis of TS cells and macrophages, TS lymphocytes can correctly navigate the immune system, distinguish between the enemy and me, and avoid manslaughter, while macrophages can specifically remove thyroid cells that devour abnormal hypertrophy, thus eliminating swelling, restoring the normal secretion level of thyroid gland, and fundamentally achieving the effect of treating diseases and curing diseases. Through clinical verification, the cure rate of series of Mongolian drugs for hyperthyroidism is over 97%, and its curative effect and stability are far better than those of western medicine antithyroid drugs.
(9) Once a person suffers from hypothyroidism, thyroid function is permanent and irreversible, which is a difficult problem in the history of hypothyroidism treatment in the world. According to the theory of western medicine, hypothyroidism is a group of endocrine diseases caused by insufficient synthesis and secretion of TH or biological effects. However, according to the "system" theory, hypothyroidism is a disease that suddenly disappears in the stomach. However, the western medical profession still does not understand this truth, so they only use alternative therapy. The treatment of hypothyroidism has long been limited to thyroid hormone replacement therapy, and thyroid tablets and metoprolol will be taken for life. Clinical observation shows that Mongolian medicine series has a good effect on hypothyroidism. After the treatment of "Ubbelohde hypothyroidism reversal therapy", FT3 and FT4 increased to the normal value, while TSH decreased to the normal value. Thyroid function is completely reversible, and the effective rate can reach above 80%. It has the advantages of no recurrence after recovery and lifelong cure. "Ubbelohde hypothyroidism reversal therapy" has the function of restoring thyroid function, eliminating physical symptoms and stopping using thyroid tablets and metoprolol. The successful development of "Ubbelohde's reverse therapy for hypothyroidism" marks a major breakthrough in the history of hypothyroidism treatment.
(10) Mongolian medicine series has three effects (quick-acting, high-efficiency and long-lasting), three small (small dosage, low toxicity and small side effects), five convenient (convenient for production, storage, transportation, carrying and taking), and six beneficial (conducive to preserving human organs, restoring physiological functions, curing causes, and not. This is the unique magic of Mongolian medicine series and the unsolved mystery of Mongolian medicine series for more than 30 years. However, practice is recognized, patients are recognized, and clinical practice is to verify the actual efficacy of a series of Mongolian medicines. When and who will solve the mystery, a series of Mongolian doctors are waiting, and the chief physician Wusu Rilet, the research creator of temporal gray, is also looking forward to it.
