What is transfer paper? What's the use?
Transfer paper uses special thermal transfer ink to print various patterns on a special paper, and then transfers the patterns to the products through temperature and pressure. This special paper in the process of thermal transfer is called thermal transfer paper. Transfer printing refers to the printing process in which dyes are transferred to fabrics through transfer paper. According to the sublimation characteristics of some disperse dyes, disperse dyes sublimed at 150 ~ 230℃ were selected and mixed with slurry to make "color ink". Then, according to different design requirements, the "colored ink" is printed on the transfer paper (this is a special kind of paper, so it is called transfer paper), and then the transfer paper with the pattern is in close contact with the fabric, under the control of a certain temperature and pressure.
Uses: The pictures on transfer paper are transferred to the base material by using the temperature and pressure of the thermal transfer machine, that is, thermal transfer paper; Transfer paper after a certain time, temperature and pressure control, the picture was printed on the cloth.
