The cognitive roots of egalitarianism

The ideological and cognitive root of egalitarianism is the historical idealist concept of equality. The concept of equality is a product of certain economic relations. There is no absolute equality that transcends all economic conditions or economic relations. Egalitarianism tends to regard any difference as "inequality of wealth" like class difference, and oppose it, thinking that equal distribution without any difference is absolutely good. This view of equality is a historical idealist conception.
