Traditional job training methods
The work guidance method is widely used, which can be used for the training of grass-roots production workers and managers at all levels, so that trainees can work with current managers, who are responsible for guiding trainees. Once the manager leaves his post due to retirement, promotion, transfer and other reasons, well-trained trainees can take over immediately.
The post rotation method encourages "generalists" and is suitable for the training of general line managers, but not for functional managers.
Special task method is usually used in management training.
Individual guidance method enables new employees to master work skills quickly through the guidance of more experienced employees. There are usually self-study, case analysis, brainstorming, simulation training, sensitivity training and manager training.
The characteristic of participatory training method is that every trainee actively participates in training activities, gains knowledge and skills from personal participation, masters correct behavior methods, develops thinking and changes ideas. Specifically, it includes role playing and outward bound training.
Role-playing method is suitable for the training of middle managers, grass-roots managers and ordinary employees.
Outward bound training is suitable for management training and psychological training.
