How to make homemade ramen

Ingredients

Raw ramen noodles for 1 person, 10 grams of kelp sprouts, 10 grams of bean sprouts, 1 tbsp of broth, 1 tsp of salt, 1 tbsp of Shichimi powder, a few greens, 3 slices of fish plate, 1/2 egg, and 2 slices of barbecued pork

How to make it

1. Soak kelp sprouts, remove the roots of bean sprouts, and rinse; blanch the ramen noodles, and then drain and put them into a bowl for later use.

2. Heat the broth, add salt, shichimi powder (can be added or subtracted according to personal preference) to taste, then add kelp sprouts, bean sprouts, bok choy and fish plate to cook.

3. Pour the broth and ingredients from recipe 2 into a noodle bowl and serve with barbecued pork and marinated egg.
