The more detailed the correct drifting method when fishing, the better.

Conventional drift adjustment method can also be called "basic drift adjustment method" (taking "adjusting 4 fishing and 2 fishing" as an example when Taiwan Province was introduced). When adjusting, you need to set the "adjustment eye" first, and then set the "fishing eye". This process can be divided into the following four steps.

The first step is to roll the lead skin estimated to be more buoyant on the lead skin seat, float it to a position closer to the lead drop than the water depth, and throw it to the fishing point. The lead skin floated so heavily that it all sank into the water.

Step 2: Cut off the overweight lead skin gradually, and let the tip slowly emerge from the water until it is stable in dew for 4 eyes (at this time, the hook is suspended in half water and should not touch the bottom).

Pay special attention to two points during operation: first, the lead skin should be cut bit by bit, and second, the main line should be completely pressed into the water, because the main line floating on the water will affect the precision of floating adjustment.

Step 3, put the bait ball on the hook (bigger than the bait ball used for fishing) and let the hook sink. At this point, the float will be weighed again and sank into the water.

Step 4, according to the traditional calibration method, gradually move the float upward until the double hook bait is thrown at the fishing point. When the main line is pressed into the water, the tip of the mark is exposed to the water for 2 eyes. The last step is usually repeated many times to complete. If you lift the rod and throw the hook again and again, the bait ball will inevitably fall and need to be filled many times.
