Method for making cheese sticks
Step 1
5 grams of gelatine tablets soften when boiled in cold water.
Second step
Heat cream cheese and cheese slices with 50 grams of milk and stir until smooth.
Third step
Add the remaining milk and sugar, heat to about 60℃, and turn off the heat. Add gelatine tablets and stir well.
Fourth step
Pour into the mold and refrigerate for 4 hours.
