How to tie a string hook

How to tie string hooks:

Tools/materials: Ruler, scissors, gold-sleeve No. 3 hooks, 2.0 main line, 1.0 subline, and 8 rings (with connecting rings).

1. Use scissors to cut 5 pieces of fishing line, each about 15cm long.

2. Tie a hook onto each piece of fishing line using the internal tying method. If you don't know how to tie hooks, you can buy ready-made double hooks from a fishing tackle store and cut the hooks in the center. Tie the hook to the subline.

3. Cut 100cm of main line.

4. Take a piece of the hook-tied subline and the mainline and wrap them together in a circle to prepare for knotting. The node is about 20cm from the short end of the main line, and the node is about 5cm from the hooked end of the fishing line.

5. Pass the long end of the main line and the unhooked end of the fishing line through the loop three or four times and pull it tight, and cut off the excess fishing line. The node is 20cm away from the short end of the main line. make a loop of the main line and the fishing line, pass the long end of the main line and the non-hooked end of the fishing line through the loop three to four times and pull it tight.

6. Repeat step 5 at a distance of 12cm from the node to form a second node. Note that in order to prevent adjacent hooks from hanging together, always make sure that the distance between the two adjacent nodes is greater than the total length of the two adjacent sublines. The distance between the two nodes is greater than the total length of the two adjacent strands.

7. Repeat steps 5, 6, to form a new node, and tie all five sublines to the main line.

8. Fold one end of the main line through the loop of 8 to form a loop, pass the folded end through the loop, then pass the loop of 8 through the folded end, adjust the distance between the loop of 8 and the neighboring node to 10cm, pull the line tight and cut off the excess line. Fold one end of the main wire through the figure of 8 loop and pass the folded end through the coil. Pass the figure of 8 loop through the folded end. Pull tight.

9. Repeat step 8 to secure the figure 8 loop at the other end of the main line.

10.Use the connecting rings on the 8-ring at each end of the main line to connect the lead and rod main line respectively. To prevent the line from tangling with the main line, be sure to hang the lead pendant on the end opposite to the direction of the drooping line.
