Taijiquan has been passed down from generation to generation for hundreds of years, continuing uninterruptedly, with many famous players and a variety of schools (Chen, Yang, Wu, Wu, Sun and other schools). Tracing back to its roots, its birthplace in Chenjiagou, Wen County, Henan Province.

1. Source The source of Taijiquan has the following three aspects: ① synthesized and absorbed the famous boxing methods of the Ming Dynasty. According to incomplete statistics, only the United States has more than 30 kinds of taijiquan books published, many countries have set up taijiquan associations and other groups, and actively exchange activities with China.
