Method for make Jiujiu duck
The method of Jiujiu duck is as follows:
1. Prepare ingredients.
2. Wash the duck wings, and dry them for later use. The water must be dried, otherwise the fishy smell will be very heavy.
3. Prepare the marinated soup: take 25ml of clear water out of the pot, and add the marinated bag, ginger, pepper, pepper, rock sugar, white wine, cooking wine, soy sauce, salt and cooking oil in turn.
