Handmade sandbag making method

We played with sandbags most often when we were kids, both boys and girls would get together to play with sandbags, today this experience will share with you how to make sandbags.

Cut out, collect the scraps and cut the scraps into six-sided squares of the same size.

Sew into cubes by first sewing one side of each of the four squares of fabric to all four sides of one square.

Then sew the adjacent sides of the four surrounding pieces of fabric together to form an uncovered cube.

Then sew the last square of fabric to the four empty sides of the quad.

Leave one half unsewn when sewing the last side.

Turn the sewn cube over through the gap out so that the raw edges are turned inside out.

Fill in the sand, filling the turned over sandbag with sand from the unsewn part.

Seal the bag by sewing it shut where the sand left the opening.

The sandbag is now complete.
