This small county in southwest Sichuan, livable climate makes people migratory birds, bowls of mutton aftertaste
After the New Year, the big sister living in Dechang invited us to go to Dechang to play, said Dechang just opened a new scenic spot, you can go to play cards.
Dechang is less than 50 kilometers away from Xichang, the capital of Liangshan Prefecture, and half an hour's drive from Xipan on the Beijing-Kunming Expressway.
Dechang County is part of Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture in Sichuan Province. The Anning River passes through the city, pulling Dechang County alive and well, and there is a river east and river west. The main city center is built on the west bank of the Anning River, a large, wide and gentle dam. East of the river is mainly for the convenience of vehicles around the city, built premises but the scale is far less than the west of the river, the highway Dechang toll station is built in the east of the river. The east and west of the river are connected by two bridges across the Anning River, which are not far apart and can clearly see each other.
Due to the favorable climatic conditions, not a few foreign tourists come to winter and summer. Every year in the winter, to the winter of the old man in Dechang set after set of migratory birds like flying, or three to five days, or a month, relatives home, bed and breakfast inns to become a place to stay.
My sister is one of these "migratory birds".
She and her brother-in-law spend a quarter of the year in Dechang. November opened the residential trip from Chengdu to Dechang, sunshine to the end of February and from Dechang back to Chengdu, basically did not experience the cold of winter, open the air conditioning, heating winter days basically did not try to, like a "migratory birds" like free and easy to get us! The first time I saw this, I was able to see it in the back of my head, and I was able to see it in the back of my hand.
We came to Dechang, mainly to eat the bowl of mutton in mind.
Dechang opened a lot of mutton restaurants, bowls of mutton, stir-fried mutton liver, mutton rice noodles are very distinctive, is the locals open every day the first meal.
Of course there are many stores, but the taste is not the same, the big sister took us to this small store opened in the main city, the facade is not big, the table is not a lot, but there are a lot of diners, most of the locals, there are also travelers.
The old rules, the first four bowls of mutton, a mutton blood soup. The dipping water is beaten by yourself, with rich seasoning, put it according to your own preference.
This is a bowl of lamb with bones. First, take two mouthfuls of fresh soup with a spoon to moisten your mouth and open up your taste buds. The lamb is stewed
just enough to peel away the bones and meat, dip it in the seasoning, and instantly your mouth is overflowing with the lamb's clean flavor.
Mutton soup is simmered with multiple doses of Chinese herbs, there is no stink of mutton, only the aroma in the herbs, which is not quite the same as other places in Sichuan, including the very famous Jianyang mutton.
Sheep blood soup with vegetables pea tips, sheep blood tender, pea tips fragrant, cooking with lamb broth, flavorful, crisp and refreshing.
Such food at least let you scoop up two or three bowls of rice, and finally have to finish the soup, the heart of the mind that point to release.
"Meat and rice" after we drove to the Dechang a newly created humanistic landscape - Haihua ditch.
The scenic spot is less than 10 kilometers from the county seat, next to the Beijing-Kunming Expressway and National Highway 108, in a small area called "Mashuihe".
Following the navigation results took us into the mountains, was brought to the wrong vehicle, a long string of congestion in the narrow country road.
It's hard to turn the vehicle back to the 108 national highway, and then drive a little forward to the entrance of the scenic area.
Haihua ditch to build a national tourism resort, relying on the natural environment, will be agriculture, culture, travel combination, the construction of a set of vacation residence, healing health, outdoor sports, ecological agriculture and animal husbandry, culture and art as one of the physical and mental healing ecological circle, to open the new naturist way of life.
The resort area covers an area of 31 square kilometers, built on the Mashui River basin, extending along the highway bridge into the ravine, with promenades, walkways, viewing platforms, seasonal flowers and large walnut trees.
The land on both sides of the river has been circled, and the model houses in the scenic area have attracted a lot of tourists, and it should be a good choice to live in this place with mountains, water and scenery.
But as far as I know, during the rainy season, the Mashui River floods like a wild horse, so I don't know if this unfavorable factor was taken into consideration during the development of the area.
The opening of the park coincided with the Chinese New Year, and the "ditch" was crowded with people, not only locals, but also many foreign tourists.
The construction of the resort, the "livable Dechang", "living in Dechang" upgraded to lay a solid foundation, the southwest of the border county will be more and more known to the world, recognized.
