Bian Zhilin The Poetry of The Broken Chapter
Many people and things in the world seem to be independent and unrelated to each other, like "broken chapters", but in fact, they constitute an interrelated, unified and undivided system, and "broken chapters" itself is relative. Any system is both a "broken chapter" and an integral part of a larger system. As far as aesthetics is concerned, perhaps the only landscape that can be appreciated is the one with "broken chapters," like Venus with a broken arm. As the author puts it, the poem is "about the mood of a moment", "I was thinking about the interconnectedness, interdependence and interaction of people and things in the world. People ('you') can look at the scenery, can also consciously or unconsciously embellish the scenery, people ('you') can see the bright moon decorated their own windows, may also consciously or unconsciously become the decoration of other people's dreams." It can be seen that the poet intends to show a mutually complementary relationship between people and people, and between things and things. Nature, society, life is a scrolling landscape, life scenery, endless.
