What does an automotive painter do?
The main job of an automotive painter is to paint the surface of the car, and this work is done in several steps:
The first step in painting is called water grinding; this step is to clean up the area to be painted, and automotive painters generally use sandpaper to do this.
The second step is to fill the gray. The second step is to make up the gray is a very test of the painter's skills of a job, specifically the use of atomic ash and curing agent mixture, the mixture is applied to the parts to be painted. It is important to apply the mixture as smoothly and evenly as possible.
After the above steps are done, the painter will grind off the gray that was applied, which is for the smoothness of the process that follows. After this is done, the painter applies the red ash to the surface of the car to make up for small dents or scratches that are not visible to the naked eye.
After the dents and scratches are removed, the painter wipes off the gray. At this point, it's time to spray the car's surface with primer.
