Where is the Xikun Confucius Family Temple located

Xikun Kong Family Temple is a cultural relics protection unit in Fujian Province.

Xikun Kong Family Temple is located in Xikun Village, Guanyang Town, Fuding City, dating from the Qing Dynasty.

Introduction: It was built in the 10th year of Shunzhi in Qing Dynasty (1653). Situated in the east to the west, by the gate, the front hall, the stage, the main hall and other components, covers an area of 663 square meters. The main door of the forehead of the "Confucius Family Temple"; the front hall is three rooms wide, the doorway hangs the Qing Qianlong Emperor's imperial "to the Sacred" gold plaque; stage Shi octagonal algal wells, save the pointed roof; the main hall is three rooms wide, five columns deep, lifting the beams, through the dipper beams, the roof of the mountain, the center of the God table, for the statue of Confucius. Confucius statue is enshrined in the center.

In 2013, Xikun Kong Family Temple was announced by the People's Government of Fujian Province as the eighth batch of provincial cultural relics protection units.

Scope of protection: 20 meters around the temple.

Xikun Village: Xikun Village is located in the northwestern part of Fuding City, 7 kilometers away from Guanyang Township, with an area of 15 square kilometers, under the jurisdiction of 15 natural villages, 468 households and 2,163 people in the village.In December 2007, it was awarded the third batch of upgraded historical and cultural villages by the People's Government of Fujian Province.In June 2012, it was awarded the fifth batch of provincial ecological villages in Fujian Province.On December 17, 2012, it was awarded the fifth batch of provincial eco-villages by the Ministry of Urban and Rural Affairs. On December 17, 2012, Xikun Village was listed as one of the traditional villages in China by the Ministry of Construction, the Ministry of Culture and the Ministry of Finance, and in 2013, it was listed as a model village for new rural construction in Fuding City. The economic source of Xikun Village is mainly based on agricultural and sideline products such as tea and taiwanese ginseng
