What means should be fully utilized to carry out intelligence and information work?

Article 53 of the National Security Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) stipulates that intelligence and information work should be carried out.

We should make full use of modern scientific and technological means to strengthen the identification, screening, synthesis, judgment and analysis of intelligence information. National Security Law of People's Republic of China (PRC)

Article 51 The State shall improve a unified, centralized, responsive, accurate, efficient and smooth system for collecting, judging and using intelligence information, and establish a coordination mechanism for intelligence information work to realize timely collection, accurate judgment, effective utilization and sharing of intelligence information.

Article 52 State security organs, public security organs and relevant military organs shall, in accordance with the division of responsibilities, collect intelligence information related to national security according to law. In the process of performing their duties, all departments of state organs shall promptly report relevant information related to national security.

Fifty-third to carry out intelligence information work, we should make full use of modern scientific and technological means to strengthen the identification, screening, synthesis, judgment and analysis of intelligence information.

Article 54 The submission of intelligence information shall be timely, accurate and objective, and it shall not be delayed, omitted, concealed or lied.
