Propeller repair technology

? Propeller needs to be repaired when the rod making machine has the following faults:

? 2. The wet and dry degree and temperature of raw materials meet the requirements, and the rod machine is often stuck and cannot be produced normally.
? 3. The rods can be molded, but they are separated from each other and cannot be connected together.
? 4, the pole is fast, but the structure is loose and the density is too low.
? 5. The wear of the front part of the propeller is less than 4 mm. ..
? 6. The diameter of the inner hole of the finished rod is less than15mm.
? 7. The spiral part of the propeller is worn due to the entry of foreign objects such as stones and nails or other reasons.

Repair of propeller:
? 1. Preheat the parts that need surfacing at the end of the propeller until the temperature reaches about 350℃.
? 2. Select a special covered electrode DC welder, and adjust the current at around 150A.
? 3. According to the wear condition of the rake angle of the paddle end, the welding slag must be removed for each surfacing layer, and then the second layer should be welded. The welding thickness exceeds the required thickness 1-2mm, and the propeller after welding shall be free of defects such as slag inclusion and air holes.
? 4. After surfacing, insert the surfacing part into dry quicklime or plant ash, and the depth of insertion is greater than three leads to cool.
? 5. Take it out when it is cooled to below 50℃ and grind it on a green silicon carbide grinding wheel. When grinding, excessive force or local overheating is not allowed, and cooling with water or other liquids is prohibited.
? 6. During grinding, the rake angle at the 360 circumference of the spiral end gradually increases evenly from 2 to 221.5, and there should be no unevenness or unevenness during the rake angle rising.
