Who are the poor dependents?

Poor dependents refer to the urban and rural elderly, the disabled and the minors under the age of 16 who have no ability to work, no source of income, and can't decide their dependents, dependents or legal dependents. Support for the poor includes:

Article 16

Poor people The poor people mentioned in this Law refer to the elderly, the disabled and the minors who have been examined and confirmed by the county-level civil affairs departments or township people's governments and sub-district offices, and have no ability to work, no source of income and no legal obligation to support, support or support them. Low-income families The term "low-income families" as mentioned in this Law refers to families that meet the following conditions after examination and confirmation by the civil affairs departments at the county level in conjunction with the relevant social assistance management departments:
