1. Upgrade the software of the vehicles within the recall range through remote upgrade technology. Users can complete the recall without going to the store.

2. For vehicles that cannot be recalled through the remote upgrade technology of automobiles, Tesla will contact relevant users through the Tesla Service Center to upgrade the software for the vehicles free of charge to eliminate potential safety hazards.
