What problems should be paid attention to in the production of wooden packaging boxes?

Packing in wooden cases is very convenient to use, which avoids the loss caused by collision and vibration during transportation and aims at safe transportation. It is loved by many people and widely used in international trade. There are many kinds of wooden packing boxes, which can be roughly divided into fully enclosed, semi-enclosed and lattice boxes, and their sizes and weights are also different. Therefore, in many cases, when packing in wooden cases, we need to pay attention to many problems: if the center of gravity of wooden cases is low, large wooden packing boxes can only be packed in one layer, and the area at the bottom of the boxes cannot be fully utilized, so they should be packed in the center of the container.

The bottom beam must be fixed with square battens; If you encounter a small wooden box when loading, you can use the riding seam loading method, so that the upper wooden box is pressed at the joint of the lower two wooden boxes, and the top layer must be fixed or plugged; If it is a small wooden packing box, if there is a big gap at the door end of the box, it must be fixed or braced with boards and battens; In most cases, the center of gravity of wooden cases is relatively high, so it is not enough to fix them at the bottom, and they must also be braced with wooden strips; When loading a particularly heavy wooden box, concentrated load or eccentric load often occurs, and special fixing facilities must be provided to prevent the goods from contacting the front and rear end walls of the container; When the equipment is installed in a frame wooden box, it is usually tightened by steel belt, or the steel belt is replaced by elastic nylon belt or cloth belt.
