Four monopolistic behaviors regulated by anti-monopoly law
Legal analysis: the so-called monopolistic behavior is actually an act that violates the provisions of the competition law, and its purpose is to expand its own economic scale or form a favorable economic position. China's Anti-monopoly Law divides all kinds of monopolistic behaviors into four categories: (1) Monopoly agreements; (2) Abuse of dominant market position; (3) Concentration of business operators; (4) Abuse of administrative power to exclude and restrict competition.
Legal basis: Article 3 of the Anti-monopoly Law of the People's Republic of China. The monopolistic behaviors stipulated in this Law include: (1) the operators reach a monopoly agreement; (two) the operator abuses the dominant position in the market; (3) Concentration of business operators that have or may have the effect of eliminating or restricting competition.
Eighth administrative organs and organizations authorized by laws and regulations to manage public affairs shall not abuse their administrative power to exclude or restrict competition.
