I personally think, first of all, no matter which taijiquan can play a role in health maintenance, practicing which taijiquan can be. For Chen-style taijiquan and Yang-style taijiquan, is the most widely spread two taijiquan, for the two which is more suitable for health, I favor Yang-style taijiquan, because Chen-style taijiquan for the requirements of the legs than Yang-style taijiquan for the requirements of the legs to be a bit higher, and Chen-style taijiquan sets of its hair action than the Yang-style taijiquan is also more, for the physical body is not too good for people not too suitable for practicing, and Yang-style taijiquan sets of actions than the Chen-style taijiquan to be more than Yang-style taijiquan, and Yang-style taijiquan sets of actions than the Yang-style taijiquan. The movements of Yang Style Taijiquan are more relaxed than Chen Style Taijiquan, so it is much easier for people who are not in good health to practice Yang Style Taijiquan. Therefore, practicing Yang-style taijiquan is relatively more suitable for public health.
