The building height should be between 2.6 meters and 3 meters, and the maximum height should not exceed 3.3 meters.

Generally speaking, the storey height in the northern area can be set at 2.8-3m, which can keep warm. The southern area can be set to 3-3.2 meters, which is a relatively high floor height, and it will be slightly cooler in hot summer.

If the height of the self-built house does not meet the standard, the house is likely to be judged as an illegal building, and even in the initial stage of applying for building, the building approval will not pass.
