In 2008, Bian Ka made her debut from the throwing training base of Lianyungang Development Zone Senior High School. She studied under the famous coach Yang Junwei of the school. Her performance improved rapidly. In 2011, she entered the Bayi team and subsequently entered the national team. She is the Olympic leader in the women's shot put event of the national team.
