What are the TCM nursing diagnoses?

Includes four basic elements: diagnostic name, definition, diagnostic criteria, and associated factors.

Diagnostic name: describes the health status (existing or potential) of the nursing client in concise words, which mainly depicts the change of health status with a few specific words, such as "change", "disorder", "deficiency", "ineffective". ", and "ineffective" are a few specific words that depict a change in health status, but do not indicate the extent of the change.

Definition: for the purpose of expressing in a simple and clear way the meaning of the diagnosis and how it differs from other diagnoses.

Diagnostic criteria: are the clinical judgment criteria for making this diagnosis. These criteria are a sign, or a symptom, or a group of symptoms and signs, or may be risk factors, and these criteria are actively expressed or observed responses of individuals or groups. This can be subjective or objective, and there are two kinds of subjective and objective information, primary and secondary: primary information, which must be present at the time of diagnostic deficiency; and secondary information, which may be present at the time of diagnosis.

4, related factors: refers to the clinical or personal health status changes or other problems caused by the situation. These are usually "related" to the nursing diagnosis. Because of the natural variability and uniqueness of individual human beings, the relevant factors vary from person to person depending on the condition, and the relevant factors can be pathophysiological (biological or mental), treatment-related, situational (environmental or personal), and maturity.
