What is the working principle of automobile hydraulic braking system? ~ ~ What is the basic braking principle?
Most cars and trucks you usually see use vacuum-assisted hydraulic braking systems. Some are front disc type and rear drum type, and some are front and rear disc brakes. The hydraulic braking system consists of: inflation valve, accumulator, brake pedal, caliper disc brake (or other brakes), brake tail light switch, pressure switch, etc. After supplying oil to the accumulator through the oil charging valve, the pressure oil enters the pedal valve, which is actually a pedal proportional directional valve, and then enters the brake next to the tire. When the braking force is insufficient, the accumulator can supply oil for a short time. Vacuum-assisted braking is a kind of air-driven and liquid-driven braking. The vacuum booster pump on the engine generates pressure gas to push the brake cylinder, and the right side of the brake oil pot enters the brake cylinder to help, and then enters the brake.
