What is Vietnamese frozen lemon?
"Lemon powder" cannot be translated word for word. Lemon means rice noodles in Vietnamese. Its shape is thicker than the "rice noodle" in Guangzhou, and it can be eaten with boiled water. This is the way of "mixing vegetables". According to the traditional Vietnamese practice, it can also be served with shredded lettuce, crispy Vietnamese spring rolls, peanuts and so on. It is better to use citronella, red pepper and onion as seasoning and fish sauce.
About frozen food in Vietnam:
The climate in Vietnam is relatively hot, so Vietnamese cuisine is mainly light, with less meat and more dishes, which combines the food culture of China, Thailand, Malaysia, France and other countries and has a unique taste. Compared with other Southeast Asian cuisines, Vietnamese cuisine tastes more refreshing and smooth. Compared with Chinese food, Vietnamese food is more exotic; Compared with western food, Vietnamese food is better at using various seasonings.
Vietnamese frozen food does not mean ice cream or dessert. Because Vietnam's climate is subtropical, it is hot and humid all year round. In order to make their appetite more comfortable, local people make all kinds of frozen food.
