Ingredients ?

450 grams of beef

200 grams of sweet noodle sauce

200 grams of soybean paste

A moderate amount of millet peppercorns

A little bit of cooking wine

One large green onion

A little bit of ginger

One small handful of bell peppercorns

Sugar, soya sauce, pepper, chicken essence, A little bit of sesame oil each

How to make the beef sauce ?

Prepare the ingredients first.

Minute the scallions, garlic and ginger and set aside.

Cut the beef into small minced pieces.

Mix the diced beef with a little cooking wine, soy sauce and cooking oil. Cut sliced green onion and ginger into pieces and marinate for a few minutes.

Heat the oil in the wok and stir-fry the marinated beef after removing the ginger and scallions.

Put a little salt (must not put too much, or the sauce added later will be salty), stir-fry and put aside.
