Gyroscope manufacturing method

Two method of manufacturing gyroscope are as follows:

Handmade toys and gyroscopes are a must. The materials are not limited, just like the following demonstration, milk cartons, paper plates and colored paper can all be used as gyroscopes. Gyroscope is fun to play with, and it can also guide children to know colors and shapes, as well as the concept of waste utilization.

Gyro practice 1: milk box as gyro

The top of the milk box can be rotated by turning the bottle cap in the center by hand, so children can play with confidence. Materials and tools needed: paper milk box (1 gyro needs 1), 2 plastic bottle caps of the same size, colored marker or crayon, transparent tape.

1. Cut the four sides of the milk box down from the opening of the milk box to separate the four sides of the milk box, and then cut off half the length of each side.

2. Round the corners at the ends of the four blades.

Let the children draw their favorite color patterns on the leaves. Then stick the plastic bottle cap on the center of the blade with transparent tape, and the position should be opposite when you go up and down.

4. Turning the bottle cap by hand can drive the gyro to rotate, and the pattern on it will produce interesting changes.

Gyroscope exercise 2. Make a gyro on the paper tray.

If the paper plate is left intact, it can be made into a rotatable top, and if a gap is cut around it, wonderful changes will take place. Materials and tools needed: paper tray (1 gyro needs 1), 2 plastic bottle caps of the same size, colored marker or crayon, transparent tape.

1, draw your favorite pattern or pattern in the center of the paper tray. Cut the periphery into 4, 8 or 16 equal gaps at equal intervals, and then fold the gaps in the same direction.

2. Stick a plastic bottle cap on the top and bottom of the paper tray with transparent tape, and the direction of the bottle cap should be opposite, thus making a gyro.
