Difference between Guangdong bricks and Jiangxi bricks

Guangdong bricks and Jiangxi bricks are both traditional Chinese building materials, and they have some differences in production process, raw materials and characteristics.

Production process:

Guangdong bricks are usually made from fired clay, while Jiangxi bricks are made from a mixture of clay and other materials (e.g. lime, gangue, etc.).

Raw materials:

The main raw material for Guangdong bricks is high-quality loess, which is a soft and fertile soil suitable for producing high-quality bricks;

Jiangxi bricks are made using a mixture of raw materials to improve the strength and durability of the bricks.

Features:

Due to the differences in raw materials and production processes, Guangdong and Jiangxi bricks differ in performance.

Guangdong bricks are usually more delicate and uniform, with a smooth surface. Jiangxi brick is more rough, irregular, the surface has more pores;

Guangdong brick compressive strength is higher, but the tensile strength is relatively low. Jiangxi brick tensile strength is higher, but the compressive strength is relatively low.

In short, the difference between Guangdong bricks and Jiangxi bricks mainly lies in the production process, raw materials and performance characteristics. According to the specific architectural needs and design requirements, you can choose the appropriate brick type.
