How is the cement imitation wood railing made?
The first method is to directly make the railing with wood grain effect by imitating wood grain (similar to imitating bark, stone, bamboo, etc.) (as shown in the following figure 1, called blank or semi-finished product). ) mold, reinforced with cement sand and gravel as the basic material, refined by centrifuge, vibrating pulp and other processes, and then directly transported to the construction site for installation. They are all made from the same mold, with high simulation and convenient installation. The finished product is shown in Figure 2.
The second method is hand-made imitation wood grain guardrail, which is called special-shaped ecological guardrail. This kind of guardrail needs the superb skills of the makers and has been in the industry for many years. It is based on the welded steel bar and steel wire mesh, and the clay sculpture stone has a wood grain shape on the mesh surface. In order to achieve the realistic effect of wood imitation, the final painting process is needed (semi-finished products and finished products are shown below). Its characteristics are high cost, long time consumption, different shapes and strong decoration.
