Characteristics of Traditional Diet in China
China's traditional diet is characterized by carbohydrate, while protein, especially high-quality animals, has less protein, higher salt and less potassium, calcium, magnesium and cellulose. Because we don't eat a single nutrient, but a food rich in many nutrients, the influence of the whole diet type on blood pressure is a complicated problem.
