How is corn wine brewed?
Fermentation method: solid-state fermentation method, after the corn is steamed, add distiller's yeast and stir evenly, and then ferment. Time depends on the local temperature. Solid state fermentation time is very short, because corn is steamed, soft and waxy, and it is easier to fully ferment.
Liquid fermentation: directly add water to corn, and then add distiller's yeast for fermentation. Although the fermentation time is longer than that of solid-state fermentation, the yield of liquor is higher than that of solid-state fermentation, and about 2.5 kg can produce 1 kg of liquor.
The fermented distiller's grains are put into a steamer and a pot for distillation, and the brewing is finished. After drinking, put it in a jar in the shade and drink it later. Storage can make the wine taste better, and it can also be used to naturally remove methanol from the wine. Is beneficial to health and has better taste.
