How to draw a symmetrical figure during the semester

1.An axis of symmetry is a line that divides a figure so that the figure is mirror-symmetrical on both sides of that line.

2. Draw the axis of symmetry on a piece of paper and make sure it is long enough to fit the entire figure.

3. Place both the graph and the axis of symmetry on the same piece of paper.

4. Flip the figure along the axis of symmetry so that it has mirror symmetry with both sides of the axis of symmetry.

5. You can fill in the shapes with colored pencils or paint to add visual interest.

6. Check whether the graphic is perfectly symmetrical, and where there is asymmetry, you can fine-tune it until you achieve perfect symmetry.
