Manufacturing method of n-bromobutane
The main raw material for manufacturing is n-butanol, which can be manufactured by the following two technical lines:
(1) n-butanol is manufactured by reacting with bromine in the presence of sulfur, and the reaction formula is as follows:
6CH3CH2CH2CH2OH + S +3Br2→6CH3CH2CH2CH2CH2Br +H2SO4 +2H2O
In the stirring-equipped In a reactor equipped with stirring, bromine and sulfur are added first, stirred well, then alcohol-water mixture is added dropwise, refluxed after addition, the crude bromobutane is evaporated, washed with dilute alkaline water and dried to obtain the product.
(2) n-Butanol reacts with hydrobromic acid in the presence of sulfuric acid, n-Butanol is mixed with sulfuric acid, sulfuric acid is added dropwise, heated to reflux, distilled, and dried to obtain bromo n-Butane.
