Firstly, the datum plane at the bottom of the linear guide rail is fixed on the assembly surface of the bed bottom, and then the datum plane at the side of the slide rail is pressed on the assembly surface of the bed bottom with a vise to determine the position of the slide rail. Then use a torque wrench to lock the fixing screws in turn and press the datum plane at the bottom of the bed.

1, linear block gauge method

Put the linear block gauge between the two linear guide rails, calibrate the linear block gauge with a dial indicator to make it parallel to the side reference plane of the reference side slide rail, then calibrate the driven side slide rail according to the linear block gauge, and start calibration at one end of the driven rail, and then lock the assembly screws with a specific torque in turn.

2. Mobile platform method

Two sliders on the reference side are fixed on the measuring platform, while only one slider is installed on the driven side. Slide rails and sliders are not fixed on the bed and platform. Measure the side reference plane of the driven side slider with a thousandth meter attached to the top surface of the driven side slider, and calibrate and lock the assembly screws with specific torque in turn from one end of the driven linear guide rail.

3. Imitate the reference side slide rail method.

Fix two sliders of the reference side linear guide rail and one slider of the driven side guide rail on the platform, then fix the driven side slide rail and the other slide rail on the bed and platform respectively, move the platform with the reference side slide rail as a benchmark, confirm the rolling resistance of the driven side linear guide rail from one end of the slide rail, and lock the assembly screws with specific torque in turn.

4, special tool method

Use professional tools to determine the position of the slide rail on the driven side, and lock the assembly screws with specific torque in turn.
