Poor students learn remedies?

For many reasons, some students become what we call underachievers. Take Chinese as an example. Although our Chinese teacher works hard every day, the results are not satisfactory, and there is always a big gap between some students' results. Some students still can't express their ideas; Most of these children feel inferior because of the curse of grades, lacking self-confidence and initiative. So how can underachievers develop their intelligence and improve their academic performance? The role played by our teachers is crucial. Teachers should treat them correctly, take active measures and adopt various methods to improve their learning situation. Students' grades are poor, and teachers should find reasons from themselves. Let's talk about some of my own humble opinions from the influence of teachers themselves on underachievers.

First, poor teaching methods, ignoring personality differences.

"Rome wasn't built in a day", and students' poor grades were not formed overnight. Because of the personality differences of newborn children, fast learners and slow learners have different requirements for teachers' teaching methods. However, due to the influence of large class size and exam-oriented education, many teachers can't take care of each child's different requirements for education, prefer those students with good grades, neglect those children with low starting points, gradually lose interest in learning, and their grades are getting worse.

In view of this situation, I think teachers should pay attention to the following points: 1 From the beginning of freshmen's enrollment, teachers should persist in facing all students, pay attention to teaching students in accordance with their aptitude, and pay attention to the intuition, interest and difference of teaching; Teaching methods should be flexible and changeable, and teachers' language should be vivid and infectious. 2. Teachers of underachievers should observe their changes patiently and carefully, help them find out the reasons and do remedial work in time. Teachers should have perseverance, patience and confidence in helping underachievers. 3, care about every student, and teach students to respect each other, trust each other, don't judge the advantages and disadvantages by grades. In the minds of teachers and students, the whole class is completely equal, and there are no so-called "good students" and "poor students". In Chinese activities, the gifted students and the underachievers are arranged to help each other, learn from each other and improve together. Only in this way can they feel that they have not been discriminated against or forgotten, get rid of their inferiority complex and enhance their self-confidence. 4. When new teachers and original teachers hand over classes, they should first do a good job of handing over underachievers, so as to achieve the goal of * * * education.

Second, the burden of study is too heavy, and students are too tired, which leads to learning boredom.

At present, the problem of overweight of primary school students has aroused great concern, but it has not been completely improved. For example, "procrastination" is serious and extracurricular homework is heavy. Use students' rest time to conduct various trainings and make up lessons? On the surface, doing so is serious about work and responsible for students. In fact, the result not only damages children's physical and mental health, but also makes more and more children tired of learning and become underachievers.

To make students learn knowledge easily and happily, all teachers need to work together: 1. Create a relaxed classroom teaching atmosphere so that students can study easily and happily. In class, the teacher designs some simple questions for the underachievers to answer; In the Chinese competition, design some projects that the underachievers can successfully complete, let the underachievers participate first, and give them a chance to express themselves and gain the joy of success. 2. Try to avoid procrastination; Homework should be less but precise, typical and representative, so that students can draw inferences from one another and avoid sea tactics. 3. Carry out a variety of extracurricular activities, so that students can feel the warmth of the school classroom.

Third, the tension between teachers and students leads to students losing interest in learning.

Influenced by the traditional thought of "respecting teachers and attaching importance to teaching", many teachers intentionally or unintentionally distance themselves from their students, and their expressions are serious and their language is cold, and they are even more cynical about underachievers. This teacher-student relationship makes students feel nervous and depressed. Underachievers, in particular, are more likely to have rebellious or antagonistic psychology. It is a pity that children are not praised and recognized by teachers and gradually lose their inner motivation to learn.

1. As the saying goes, "Love your teacher and believe in his way". If the teacher is loved by the students and there is a strong feeling between teachers and students, the students will study hard in return. 2. Teachers should give each student unlimited love and expectation, especially give more care and understanding to "underachievers" to help them reduce the psychological burden caused by poor grades. 3. Encourage students, especially "underachievers". Even if they have made little success or slight progress, teachers should give them proper affirmation and praise, which is the starting point for their great success. Teachers should avoid saying things that hurt students' self-esteem, such as "you are so stupid!" "Can't even do such a simple question?" And so on, we should adhere to the correct guidance and encouragement, so that students can taste the joy of success. For example, "the teacher knows you can do it." "You are really good." And so on, let these children taste the joy of success, alleviate the psychological distress of failure, thus generating an internal drive and motivation.

"A single flower is not spring, and a hundred flowers bloom in spring." The era of training only a few top students has passed, and our education should be geared to all students, so that every child can get maximum development.
