The object of legal adjustment

The object of legal adjustment refers to the social relations that can objectively accept the role of normative organizations. Under certain social and political conditions, it is also required to realize this role through legal norms and all other legal means that constitute the legal adjustment mechanism.

The object of legal adjustment is behavior, and the so-called social relationship is just the communication or interaction between people. Without the interaction between people, there would be no social relations. Law regulates social relations by influencing people's behavior.

The object of legal adjustment is the will behavior of participants in social relations, and social relations can only become the object of legal adjustment if they are manifested as ideological relations formed through human will. The relations of production and the material relations formed against people's will cannot be adjusted by law.
