How to assemble Luban lock?

Luban locks, also known as Kongming locks, are various, and different Luban locks have different assembly methods. Take the six-lock as an example. First, the accessories should be labeled uniformly, and then assembled in sequence, which is simple and quick. The specific steps are as follows:

1. For easy viewing, all the removed parts of Kongmingsuo are numbered, as shown in the figure:

2. Take it away. 1 and 5, arranged according to the following pattern.

3. The key of this Kongmingsuo is the assembly of No.3. As long as it is installed, the subsequent assembly will come naturally. As shown in the figure:

4. When 1, No.5 and No.3 are all assembled, install No.2 as shown in the figure.

5. After installing No.4, there is no suspense in installing No.6, just insert the last hole and it will be OK. After installation, as shown in the figure:

Precautions:

You must number the parts before assembly. When assembling, you must follow the steps indicated in the manual. Don't take the wrong parts, adjust the order, mark the key parts and wait patiently.
