During several days of training, I always obey the discipline, wait in the classroom early, listen carefully to the teacher's explanation and take notes. These days' study not only baptized me conceptually, but also improved me in theory, accumulated knowledge and increased my teaching skills. These are productive days, and they also promote my continuous growth in teaching. This training is like opening a window for me, which makes me suddenly enlightened in repeated feelings. Although the training is very tense and the weather is very hot, I feel very full and happy every day! This training is rich in content and diverse in forms, with special reports from education experts at all levels. The wonderful lectures by experts have aroused my inner induction again and again, and even caused my reflection.

Chapter four: Teacher training experience. Although the training time is short, it has far-reaching influence. Only by opening your eyes to communicate can you enrich and improve yourself, learn, and then know less. In particular, President xx's lecture was a timely help. The following are some of my training experiences.

Learn from the teaching experience of excellent teachers. In the process of training, there are many feelings in my heart, the most important of which is that learning is too important for us. Everyone said, "Give the students a glass of water, and we should have a bucket of water ourselves." This sentence is absolutely true. Since joining the work, I have always felt that I know very little about classroom teaching skills, and I need to slowly explore my own unique teaching methods and models in the actual classroom. I don't pay attention to my teaching behavior in class at ordinary times, and I feel that I have made little progress in teaching. Therefore, we should study hard in the future, especially the teaching experience of some excellent teachers, and constantly improve our education and teaching level.

Gradually improve Chinese teaching skills. As a Chinese teacher, a solid professional foundation is very important, but the basic knowledge and skills of teaching are also very important for Chinese teaching. So this training has undoubtedly benefited me a lot.
