What are the main methods to obtain fuel oil in the primary processing of petroleum refining?

Fuel oil is a kind of refined oil, which is a heavy residue product separated from crude oil after processing gasoline, kerosene and diesel oil. Widely used in industrial fuels such as ship boilers, heating furnaces and metallurgical furnaces. In recent years, due to the development of heavy oil deep processing technologies such as heavy oil catalytic cracking and residue hydrogenation, it is possible to deeply process fuel oil and improve the yield of light oil. After deep processing, fuel oil can produce naphtha, polypropylene, liquefied petroleum gas, diesel oil, petroleum coke and sulfur, and the market prospect is very good.

Fuel oil is a resource encouraged by the state to import. China's neighboring Kazakhstan Pavdalol Refinery, Adelao Refinery and Zinkent Refinery all supply fuel oil, and the fuel oil exported to China is imported from Alashankou Port under the jurisdiction of our state. At present, due to the limitation of transportation capacity, the annual import volume is less than one million tons. After the completion of the China-Kazakhstan oil pipeline this year, the railway capacity was released, making it possible to import a large amount of fuel oil. Our state plans to use the unique conditions of Alashankou and Kazakhstan resources to build a deep processing project with an annual output of 2.5 million tons of fuel oil, with the first phase of 6.5438+0.5 million tons.
