About furniture
(A) the meaning and characteristics of furniture
Literally, furniture is a household appliance; Some places are called furniture, which is household sundries.
To be exact, furniture can be divided into broad sense and narrow sense.
In a broad sense, furniture refers to a kind of appliances that are essential for human beings to maintain normal life, engage in production practice and carry out social activities.
In a narrow sense, furniture refers to a kind of appliances and equipment for people to sit, lie down or support and store things in life, work or social practice.
Furniture is not only a simple functional material product, but also a popular art, which not only satisfies some specific uses, but also satisfies people's appreciation, so that people have some aesthetic pleasure and spiritual needs in the process of contact and use, thus generating rich associations.
Therefore, furniture is not only a material product, but also an artistic creation. This is what people often say about the dual characteristics of furniture.
The type, quantity, function, form, style, production level and possession of furniture at that time also reflected the social life style, social material civilization level and historical and cultural characteristics of a country and region in a certain historical period.
Furniture is the symbol of the development level of social productive forces in a certain historical period in a certain country or region, the epitome of a certain lifestyle and the embodiment of a certain cultural form, so furniture embodies rich and profound sociality.
(2) Furniture elements
Furniture consists of four elements: material, structure, appearance and function, among which function is the forerunner and the driving force to promote the development of furniture; Structure is the backbone and the basis of realizing functions. These four factors are interrelated and mutually restricted. Because furniture is designed and manufactured to meet people's certain material needs and use purposes, there are also factors in function and appearance. The main contents of these four elements and their relationship are introduced below.
1, material
Materials are the material basis of furniture. In the history of furniture development, the development level of productivity at that time can be reflected from the materials used in furniture. Besides wood, metal and plastic, there are rattan, bamboo, glass, rubber, fabric, decorative board, leather and sponge. However, not all materials can be used in furniture production, and the application of furniture materials has certain selectivity, among which the following factors should be considered.
(1) processing manufacturability. The processing technology of materials directly affects the production of furniture. For wood materials, shrinkage and expansion, anisotropic fission and porosity caused by water should be considered during processing. Plastic materials should consider their ductility, thermoplastic deformation and so on. Glass materials should consider its thermal brittleness, hardness and so on.
(2) Texture and appearance quality. The texture and texture of materials determine the special feeling of product appearance quality. Wood is a natural material, with natural texture, beautiful appearance, vivid image, good handle and easy to process and color, and it is the first-class material for making furniture. Plastics and their synthetic materials have the characteristics of simulating the texture of various natural materials and have good coloring performance, but they are easy to age and deform when heated, so the service life and application scope of furniture produced by them are limited.
(3) economy. The economy of furniture materials includes the price of materials, the labor consumption of materials processing, the utilization rate of materials and the richness of materials sources. Although wood has the advantage of natural texture, with the increase of demand, the volume of wood is decreasing and resources are becoming scarcer and scarcer. This kind of economical and beautiful material similar to wood material will be widely used in furniture production.
(4) strength. In terms of strength, its holding power, splitting resistance and elastic modulus should be considered.
(5) Surface decoration performance. Generally speaking, surface decoration performance refers to the feasibility of painting, gluing, carving, coloring, ironing, branding and other decoration.
2. Structure
Structure refers to some combination and connection between materials and components used in furniture, and it is a structural system based on certain use functions. It includes the internal structure and external structure of furniture. Internal structure refers to some combination of furniture parts, which depends on the change of materials and the development of science and technology. Such as metal furniture, plastic furniture, rattan furniture, wooden furniture, etc. Have their own structural characteristics.
In addition, the external structure of furniture is in direct contact with users, which is a direct reflection of appearance, so it should adapt to users in terms of scale, proportion and shape. For example, a chair with proper height, depth and backward inclination can alleviate people's fatigue; Accommodation furniture should be adapted to the scale of the accommodated items on the premise of facilitating users to access the items. The external structure designed according to this requirement also laid the foundation for the aesthetic requirements of furniture.
3. Appearance form
The appearance of furniture is directly presented to users, and it is an intuitive expression of function and structure. The appearance of furniture depends on its structure, especially the external structure. However, there is no corresponding relationship between appearance form and structure, and different appearance forms can be expressed by the same structure. The freedom of appearance is great, and the combination of space is quite selective. For example, the basic structure of dressing table is the same, but its appearance forms are varied.
As the external expression of function, the appearance of furniture also has cognitive function, so it has information transmission and symbolic significance; It can also play its aesthetic function, thus producing a certain emotional atmosphere, forming a certain artistic effect and giving people a beautiful enjoyment.
4. Function
Any piece of furniture is designed and manufactured for some functional purpose. Therefore, function constitutes the central link of furniture, and it is the forerunner and motive force to promote the development of furniture. When designing furniture, we should first analyze the design object from the perspective of function, so as to determine the material structure and appearance form.
Generally speaking, the functions of furniture products can be divided into four aspects, namely, technical function, economic function, use function and aesthetic function.
(3) Classification of furniture
L What types of furniture do you have?
1, according to the furniture style, it can be divided into: modern furniture, European classical furniture, American furniture, Chinese classical furniture (i.e. mahogany furniture) and neoclassical series furniture popular in recent two years.
2. According to the materials used, furniture is divided into solid wood furniture, panel furniture, soft furniture, rattan furniture, bamboo furniture, steel wood furniture and other artificial materials (such as glass furniture and marble furniture).
3. Furniture can be divided into living room furniture, bedroom furniture, study furniture, kitchen furniture (equipment) and auxiliary furniture according to functions.
4. According to the classification of furniture products, it can be divided into high-grade, middle-grade, middle-grade, low-grade and low-grade.
How to distinguish the grades of products? In fact, it mainly depends on the price. Bedrooms, sofas and beds can be divided into medium, high and low grades. For example, suites (5 pieces) range from 1000 yuan to tens of thousands of yuan, so we define the products below 4,000 yuan as middle and low-grade products, 4,000 yuan to 8,000 yuan as middle and high-grade products, and 8,000 yuan to 20,000 yuan as high-grade products. But it is not static. In fact, there is no specific standard to accurately divide. It's just that we are familiar with the products and will naturally position ourselves. Another example is the grade positioning of the sofa. Below 2000 yuan is middle and low grade, 2000-5000 is middle grade, 5000- 10000 is middle and high grade, and above 10000 yuan is high grade. The bed below 1000 yuan is middle and low grade, 1000-4000 yuan is middle grade, 4000- 10000 yuan is middle and high grade, and 10000 yuan is high grade.
5. Division of product origin: It can be divided into imported furniture and domestic furniture, that is, international brands and domestic brands. There are many international brands in Shanghai, and those in Beijing are concentrated in COFCO Plaza, including Nordic style, Da Vinci, Fraser, Foucault and so on. However, some international brands are also produced in China, and Chivas Sofa, a British brand, is produced in Shenzhen. At present, the largest furniture production base in China should be Guangdong. Most domestic famous brand furniture is produced in Shenzhen, Dongguan, Guangzhou, Zhongshan, Shunde and other places. The largest furniture exhibition in China is held here in March every year. By then, many domestic furniture manufacturers and distributors will gather in Guangdong. However, in recent years, furniture in Zhejiang has also risen rapidly, and brands such as Dafengfan, Guoxin and Xiongzu have also occupied a large part of the market. There are also many well-made brands in Beijing, among which Qumei and Peugeot are the most representative. Other brands of furniture are found in Northeast China, Sichuan, Hebei and Shandong, but the proportion is relatively small.
(4) Introduction of furniture materials
1, solid wood furniture refers to furniture made of natural wood, such furniture surface can generally see beautiful patterns of wood. Furniture manufacturers generally pay attention to painting varnish or matte paint to show the natural color of wood. How many forms of solid wood furniture are there? One is pure solid wood furniture. In other words, all materials of furniture are solid wood, including desktop, door panel, wardrobe side panel and so on. , made of pure solid wood, without using other forms of artificial plates. Pure solid wood furniture requires high technology and materials. Material selection, drying, finger joint, flat-fell seam and other requirements of solid wood are very strict. If any process is not strictly controlled, there will be cracks, loose joints, deformation of the whole set of furniture, and even unusable. The other is imitation solid wood furniture. The so-called imitation solid wood furniture is the solid wood furniture in appearance. The natural texture, feel and color of wood are exactly the same as those of solid wood furniture, but it is actually a mixture of solid wood and man-made board, that is, particleboard or medium density fiberboard, and veneers are used for the top surface, bottom surface and shelf of side panels. Doors and drawers are made of solid wood. This process saves wood and reduces the cost. The price of a set of ordinary solid wood furniture should be around 1.6 thousand yuan, while all solid wood furniture should cost at least 30 thousand yuan.
2, mahogany furniture, is also a kind of solid wood furniture, but mahogany furniture in the furniture industry alone is a style of furniture series, different from other solid wood furniture, so here is also a special explanation. According to the relevant regulations of the State Bureau of Technical Supervision, the so-called mahogany furniture mainly refers to furniture made of rosewood, rosewood, ebony, beech, rosewood and chicken wing wood, and furniture made of other wood cannot be called mahogany furniture. Rosewood is the best among redwoods. Its wood is hard, purple-black, noble and heavy to the touch. The annual rings are silky, fine in texture and unplanned with crab claw patterns. Red sandalwood is divided into Roshi wood and new red sandalwood. The old rosewood is purple-black, which does not fade when soaked in water, while the new rosewood is reddish brown, dark red or deep purple, which will fade when soaked in water. Acid rosewood is commonly known as old mahogany. Wood is hard and heavy, durable, can sink into water, and has a fine structure with lemon red, deep purple and purple-black stripes. It gives off a pungent sour taste during processing, hence the name. Ebony is black and shiny, with fine and dignified structure and a sense of grease. Ebony is mostly used to make small items such as chopsticks and ink cartridges, but it is rare to make furniture. Gall wood is the wood after gall formation, which can be divided into birch gall, nanmu gall, Dalbergia odorifera gall and acid branch gall according to tree species. Beech is the best decorative material because of its patchy texture curve and unique appearance. It is often used as the surface wrapping and inlay material on furniture, such as the folk saying "red beech face". Red sandalwood, also known as rosewood, is similar in composition to red sandalwood. Its wood is hard, the color is red, yellow or purple, the texture is rain grain, the color is soft and the weight is light. It can float in the water and looks like a wooden rib. At present, most mahogany furniture on the market is rosewood. Chicken wing wood is hard, and its colors are black, white and purple, like chicken wings and feathers, and its colors are bright and bright. However, because wood contains impurities such as fine sand, it is difficult for the enemy to process it, so it is good at making decorative corner materials. It is difficult to see complete sets of chicken wing wood furniture in the market. For example, there are only a few precious tropical hardwoods listed in the national redwood standard: red sandalwood, Huang Huali, ebony, sour branch, chicken wing wood, fragrant wood and so on. And these precious wood, some have not been produced naturally for a long time, and some have little output. In addition to the high market price, customers must always be alert to the flood of counterfeit and shoddy products in the market. Therefore, the traditional mahogany furniture market is shrinking. It is of little significance to make traditional solid wood furniture with ordinary wood.
3. Panel furniture refers to assembled furniture with wood-based panels as the main substrate and boards as the basic structure. Common wood-based panels are plywood, blockboard, particleboard, density board and so on. Plywood (plywood) is often used to make furniture that needs bending deformation; The performance of blockboard is sometimes affected by the core material; Particleboard (also called particle board and bagasse board) is made of loose materials and is only used for low-grade furniture. The most cost-effective and commonly used medium density fiberboard (MDF). The common decorative materials of panel furniture are veneer (commonly known as veneer), wood grain paper (commonly known as sticker), PVC rubber sheet, polyester paint surface (commonly known as baking paint) and so on. The latter three finishes are usually used for middle and low-grade furniture, and natural wood veneer finishes are used for high-grade products. Panel furniture is made of medium density fiberboard or particleboard through surface veneer and other processes. A large part of this kind of furniture is wood grain simulation furniture. At present, the veneer of some panel furniture sold in the market is more and more realistic, with good gloss and feel, and the products with fine craftsmanship are also very expensive. The ideal space on the third floor of Lizedian is covered with wood, and Jiahao's room is covered with stickers.
How to choose L board furniture?
The simplest way to distinguish paper veneer from wood veneer in panel furniture is to observe patterns and wood.
Veneer has natural knots, color differences and grain changes, and then it feels different when touched by hand.
Edge sealing of panel furniture is very important. Pay attention to the advantages and disadvantages of edge sealing materials and whether the edge sealing is uneven or upturned. Pay special attention to whether it is sealed on six sides-although formaldehyde-free adhesive is used, there are more or less volatile gases in the production process of wood-based panels, and the sealing is tight, which is of course beneficial to the environmental protection of the room.
It also depends on the firmness of the furniture structure. First, the gap between the door and the drawer of the furniture. If the gap is large, it means that the work is rough and will be deformed after a long time; Second, single box or double box. Usually, in addition to the outer panel, there is also a panel inside the furniture, which is called a double box. Double-box furniture is beautiful and strong.
The quality of paint. Does the pigment have stripes? Is the paint in the corner too thick? Are there any cracks or bubbles? These are all to be carefully examined. I have to ask the clerk how many times the furniture has been painted. Of course, the more times the better.
It can be seen from the hinge slots and holes that the panel furniture is medium density or particleboard. One of the best methods is to carefully observe the hinge grooves and holes. If the internal structure is exposed, you can see whether particleboard or MDF is used.
The biggest advantage of panel furniture is the use of hardware, which can be disassembled at will, so the quality of connectors is closely related to the quality of the whole furniture. Imported furniture is expensive in these details.
Misunderstanding of modern wooden furniture
Myth 1: Only solid wood is good.
Many customers see a product in a furniture store, and the first sentence is to ask if it is all solid wood. As soon as I heard the negative answer, I turned my head and left. In fact, this is because they lack understanding of modern panel furniture.
Modern panel furniture corresponding to traditional solid wood furniture is centered on artificial panels. For the most commonly used medium density fiberboard, it is a man-made board made of wood fiber or other plant fiber as raw material, adding resin and other adhesives, and after high temperature and high pressure. In terms of materials, medium density fiberboard is the most common high-quality furniture board in the world, with dense texture, large thickness density range, high strength-to-weight ratio, low moisture content and difficult deformation. Veneer, natural veneer is not only natural and beautiful, but also has a certain thickness (0.3-0.6 mm), which has a good protective effect on furniture. Therefore, solid wood veneer is the highest realm of panel furniture, even imported European high-grade furniture. Solid wood is generally only used for layering, edge sealing and other small pieces. On the other hand, whether it is traditional furniture or modern furniture, the wood used is obviously divided into high, medium and low grades because of the different materials, textures and resources. Low-grade solid wood is not as valuable as high-grade veneer Especially, due to insufficient dehydration treatment (furniture wood usually needs kiln drying, and the relative moisture content is below 10%- 12%), there is a great possibility of deformation and bursting after being made into furniture. And high-grade solid wood furniture is often expensive.
Modern wooden furniture also has a lot of solid wood and veneer. At present, the following types are common in Guangdong market:
1. Black walnut is the best walnut, mainly produced in North America and Europe.
Walnut made in China is lighter in color. Black walnut is light dark brown with purple, and the cutting surface is a beautiful large parabolic pattern (mountain pattern). Black walnut is very expensive. Furniture is generally made of wood skin, rarely solid wood.
2. cherries. Imported cherry wood is mainly produced in Europe and North America. The wood is light yellow brown with elegant texture. The tangential section is a medium parabola with a small circle in the middle. Cherry wood is also high-grade wood, furniture generally uses wood skin, rarely uses solid wood.
3, beech, beech here refers to beech, and China traditional furniture "south beech and north beech" are two different things. Beech is bright in color, pale yellow, with dense "needles" (wood rays) and mountain-shaped patterns in rotary cutting. Beech imported from Europe has fewer defects and is much better than domestic beech. Imported beech wood belongs to high-grade wood in China and is often used as veneer. Solid wood is also used as dining chairs and cubes.
4, maple, maple is light yellow, with hills, the biggest feature is "shadow" (local luster is obvious). Maple belongs to the middle-grade wood, and the common ones are veneer and solid wood.
5. Birch Birch is light yellow in color, and its easy separation is characterized by many "waterlines" (black lines). Birch is also a mid-range wood, and solid wood and veneer are common.
6, rubber wood, the primary color is light yellow brown, with messy small rays, the material is light and soft, and it is a low-grade solid wood material. Merchants often call it "oak", which is really fishing in troubled waters. Real oak is more expensive. White oak in Europe has elegant texture, while red oak in North America has patterns of mountains. Both of them are hard and heavy, and their appearance, structure and materials are different from those of rubber wood.
Others, such as pine, Chinese fir and oak, are relatively low-grade furniture materials.
Myth 2: Confusion of solid wood, veneer and sticker
Today, modern wooden furniture has formed a large market pattern with diverse styles, complete varieties and complete grades. Diversified markets provide rich choices, but at the same time, they also lead to a mixture of good and evil. As a customer, you must keep your eyes open when buying.
Solid wood is mostly used in varieties and parts with less materials, and rare wood is rarely used. For example, solid wood dining chairs are more common, but generally high-grade imported beech, mid-grade maple, birch and domestic beech, and low-grade rubber wood are used. If someone tells you that he sells "imported black walnut solid wood dining chairs" for five or six hundred yuan each, then he must be lying to you. That chair is mostly made of birch and painted black walnut, and similar practices are common in the furniture industry at home and abroad. But it was originally designed to save costs and coordinate harmoniously, but it was used to deceive the world and had to be prevented.
There are many decorative materials for modern panel furniture, such as veneers and stickers, but the grades are completely different. Wood veneer furniture is rich in natural texture, beautiful and durable, but the price is relatively high, while sticker furniture is easy to wear, afraid of water and not easy to collide, but the price is low, which belongs to popular products. At present, some furniture varieties that are not worn and close to water sources are mainly stickers, such as shoe cabinets and bookcases.
When customers visit the furniture store, they will see instructions on the price tag, such as "walnut floor cabinet", "cherry tea table" and "beech dining chair". At this time, it is very important to know whether it is solid wood, veneer or sticker. Solid wood and veneer can be called "cherry wood furniture", but stickers can only be called "cherry wood texture furniture", otherwise it is a hollow reputation.
Solid wood-wood grain, wood rays (if there are usually "needles") are clearly visible, and there should be some natural defects (knots, wood spots, black lines, etc.). ) more or less. Whether it is wood board or batten, the natural connection between longitudinal section and transverse section should be clearly seen on the grain of two interfaces of the same solid wood.
Wood skin-wood grain and wood ray are clear. There should also be natural flaws. Because the veneer has a certain thickness (about 0.5mm), when making furniture, two adjacent interfaces usually don't turn over, but stick one piece each, so the wood grains of the two interfaces usually shouldn't be connected together.
Stickers-wood grain and wood rays are clearly visible. Even imported high-grade paper can imitate even wood defects, but it is still different from natural wood bark and looks fake. Sticker furniture often has flaws in the corners. In addition, because the thickness of wood grain paper is very small (0.08mm), it will be directly wrapped at the junction of two planes, resulting in the wood grains of the two interfaces being connected together (usually in longitudinal section).
4. Soft furniture mainly refers to sofa and bed furniture.
Sofa (1) American sofa, the biggest charm of American sofa is that it is very soft and comfortable, which makes people feel gently hugged. At present, many sofas are all made of frames and sponges with different hardness. However, many American sofa seats still adopt the design of spring and sponge, which makes this kind of sofa very durable. Before buying this kind of sofa, you must measure the living room area. Generally speaking, only a living room of more than 20 square meters can consider buying this kind of sofa. (2) Japanese sofas, the biggest feature of Japanese sofas is that the railings are small and the design is short. This kind of sofa is most suitable for people who advocate natural and simple home style. The small Japanese sofa reveals a rigorous attitude towards life. Therefore, Japanese sofas are often chosen by some offices. This kind of sofa is also suitable for the elderly. Because for some elderly people with inconvenient legs and feet, hard Japanese sofas make them feel more comfortable and sit more conveniently. (3) Chinese sofa, Chinese sofa is characterized by the whole exposed solid wood frame. The above sponge chair cushion can be replaced as needed. This flexible way makes Chinese sofas deeply loved by many people; Warm in winter and cool in summer, convenient and practical. (4) Modern avant-garde European sofa. Modern European sofas are mostly elegant in color and simple in lines, which are suitable for ordinary families. This kind of sofa has a wide range of applications and feels good in various styles of rooms. In recent years, light-colored sofas are very popular, such as white beige and beige. Sofas are divided into fabric sofas, leather sofas, leather sofas and so on according to different materials.
There are bed sets and mattresses on the market. Actually, the bed mainly depends on the mattress. Nowadays, mattresses pay more and more attention to comfort and practicality. The main components are spring, sponge and outer fabric. At present, mattresses on the market are uneven, ranging from several hundred yuan to tens of thousands of yuan. For example, in Lize Shopping Mall, there is a company that deals in mattresses imported from Australia, named Deng Lupu, whose mattresses are all over 10,000 yuan. Nowadays, furniture pays more and more attention to decoration, and beds are no exception. Judging from the background wall of the bedside, the arrangement and decoration of bedding make people look luxurious and have a great desire to buy. Now it's not just the quality of the mattress, but also the overall feeling. The sweet dream of Bajiaodian is a good example.
5. Most rattan furniture is divided into three series: bedroom, living room and garden, which are rough and luxurious in Europe and America, exquisite and delicate in Southeast Asia, and simple and elegant in China traditional culture. In addition to practicality, designers pay more attention to its artistry and become a veritable fashion furniture. Throughout the furniture market, rattan furniture on the market is basically divided into the following categories: outdoor furniture, such as small round tables, armchairs, recliners and so on. On the edge of the garden and veranda, there are rocking chairs and armchairs full of leisure, which are full of fun; Living room furniture is the most perfect and fashionable rattan furniture. A set of living room furniture woven with rattan core is exquisite and smooth, with simple modeling color, showing the beauty of craftsmanship. Restaurant furniture pays special attention to the collocation of structure and color, which fully embodies its luxurious and elegant artistic characteristics. The five-piece and seven-piece tables and chairs made of thick rattan are novel in shape and full of the flavor of the times. In addition, rattan ornaments are also varied. Rattan desk lamp is unique in shape, soft in light, warm and elegant. Rattan chandelier is simple and monotonous, which complements the modern decoration style of pursuing nature. Occasionally, a few pieces of rattan furniture are displayed in modern families, which are beautiful and generous and have traditional characteristics. They are a little simple in fashion, reflecting the owner's style and taste. In terms of color, the color of modern rattan furniture is poetic, quiet in silver gray, romantic in bronze, calm in reddish brown, mysterious in dark green, crystal clear, smooth and round. More paint is transparent, keeping the unique style of rattan, and its natural simplicity makes people who are tired of the bustling city naturally find the feeling of comforting their hearts. At present, the most famous Qi Teng brands in China should be Yitengju, Mingtengxuan and Emerald Qi Teng.
(5) Introduction of furniture style.
1, Chinese classical style furniture
L how to divide Ming and Qing furniture
Furniture in Ming and Qing Dynasties can be divided into Beijing-made furniture, Soviet-made furniture and Guangchuan furniture. Beijing refers to the furniture made in Beijing, mainly hardwood furniture such as mahogany, Huang Huali and mahogany, which has formed a luxurious feature. Su Zuo refers to furniture made in Suzhou with a long history. Jiangnan area centered on Suzhou is the birthplace of Ming-style furniture, especially Huang Huali Ming-style furniture. It is characterized by elegant shape, small area relief, line carving, wood inlay and stone inlay are often used for decoration, and grass dragon, square pattern, ganoderma lucidum pattern and colored grass pattern are preferred. Guangzuo refers to the furniture made in Guangzhou, and its great development was after the middle of Qing Dynasty. The widely used furniture is characterized by thick materials and heavy shapes.
Ming-style furniture pays attention to material selection, using hardwood such as mahogany, rosewood, rosewood, chicken wing wood and iron pear. Some furniture also uses hard miscellaneous wood such as nanmu, elm and camphor wood, among which Huang Huali wood has the best effect. Hardwood is a relatively precious wood. Its wood is hard and elastic, and its color and texture are beautiful. Therefore, Ming-style furniture rarely uses paint, and only transparent wax can show the texture and natural beauty of wood itself.
The characteristics of Ming dynasty furniture can be summarized as three points:
-Harder tree species are widely used to make all kinds of hardwood furniture.
-Covered dyeing without paint fully reflects the original texture and color of wood.
-Adopt wooden frame structure, and pay great attention to the modeling of furniture.
The magnificent qing-style furniture in qing dynasty furniture is famous for its exquisite decoration and complicated piling. Because of the different styles of its producing areas, it forms different local characteristics, and the most representative ones can be divided into Soviet style, Beijing style and Guangzhou style. Su Zuo inherited the characteristics of Ming-style furniture, exquisite and simple, and did not seek decoration. Guangzuo pays great attention to sculpture and decoration, and pursues gorgeous; Beijing School emphasizes waxwork, and its structure is hollow. During the Qianlong period, qing dynasty furniture's crafts flourished, and many skilled craftsmen and outstanding folk artists appeared. The high-grade and exquisite furniture made by it has luxurious decoration, unique style and exquisite carving, which has high appreciation value. However, it is a great pity that Tsinghua's furniture always pays attention to skills and blindly pursues Furama's design. Complex carving often destroys the sense of integrity, and the shape is bulky, the feel is not good, and it is not conducive to cleaning.
2. European classical style
This is a classical pursuit of magnificence and elegance. In order to reflect the gorgeous style, the velvet part of the furniture frame is decorated with gold thread and Phnom Penh, and the wall wallpaper, carpet, curtain, bedspread and curtain, as well as decorative paintings or objects are all classical. This style is characterized by elegance. If residents don't want to spend too much money, they might as well spend more time on the design of wallpaper, carpets, curtains and bedspreads, and strive to achieve the coordination of various furnishings and decorations. If possible, you can also add some classical ornaments on the wall, such as yak head and western clock, which can make your room more elegant and beautiful.
3. Nordic wind mainly refers to Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland. Looking at the home design of the four Nordic countries, it is indeed a unique landscape in the world home kingdom. Nordic homes return to nature, advocate the charm of logs, and add modern, practical and exquisite artistic design styles, which reflects another thinking direction of modern urbanites after entering post-modern society.
4. American furniture style: American furniture emphasizes comfort, fashion, practicality and versatility. From the modeling point of view, American furniture can be divided into three categories: antique, neoclassical and country style. Nostalgia, romance and respect for time are the best comments on American furniture.
5. Post-modern style
It breaks through the limitation of modernism's simplicity and simplicity, advocates compatible well storage, and adopts whatever can meet the needs of living, regardless of ancient and modern times, at home and abroad. Post-modern interior design, space combination is very complicated. Partition walls, screens, columns or fireplaces are often used to create a sense of spatial hierarchy, so that in an unplanned and ambiguous space, thin columns and partition walls are used to form an endless and far-reaching sense of spatial hierarchy. In addition, walls are often regarded as waves from various angles, forming a metaphorical symbol of bedroom decoration style.
6. Modern style furniture
It is a kind of fashionable furniture, but it adopts modern materials, and its style is more modern and simple, which is more suitable for the tastes of modern people, especially for young people. Moreover, modern furniture changes rapidly, mainly in colors and styles, and furniture also has popular colors. Moreover, for example, walnut color was popular two years ago, and this year,
