What's the difference between CNC center frame and ordinary center frame?
CNC center frame is also called programmable hydraulic center frame: it has a high degree of automation and can be programmed into processing steps according to the processing content and processing sequence in the processing program to realize programmed processing. The CNC center frame is mostly used for the production of small batches of complex parts, which can realize all processing except the clamped parts in one clamping. This kind of center frame is mostly used for turning and milling compound machining center machine tools.
Ordinary center frame is also called manual center frame: it is generally used for large-scale and local processing. Because the workpiece is clamped for many times, during the clamping process, the center frame supports and centers one end of the long workpiece, and the CNC lathe generally adopts manual center frame.
