How to eat the swimming crab?
Material preparation: 5 swimming crabs, 2 eggs, 30g onion, 20g ginger, 20g soy sauce, 5g cooking wine 10g oyster sauce, 3g chicken essence, a little sugar, chopsticks, bowls, pots, oil, shovels and plates.
1. Clean the swimming crab and cut it into small pieces for later use.
2. Beat 2 eggs into a bowl and beat into egg liquid. Wash the onion and cut into sections. Peel ginger, wash and shred.
3. Take a small bowl, pour 20g of light soy sauce, 20g of cooking wine 10g, 5g of oyster sauce, 3g of chicken essence, and a little sugar, and stir well for later use.
4. Put the right amount of oil into the hot pot and heat it to 70% heat. Put the crab meat and crab shell into a frying pan, fry the crab shell upside down until it is red, and then turn over and continue frying.
After the crab is fried on both sides, it will be almost cooked in 8 minutes. Add scallion and shredded ginger and stir-fry until fragrant, then pour in egg mixture and stir-fry until cooked.
6. Pour in the prepared sauce, stir well, cover and simmer for about 3 minutes, and dry the sauce.
7. After the sauce is completely dried, add onion leaves and stir well.
